Wes founded WeCare Holdings, LLC, a "Family of Companies," in 1998 to provide products and services to the water, wastewater and solid waste industries. Through a network of his own regional marketing and distribution centers throughout the northeast, Wes grew operations through a “corporate collaborative”, drawing on the unique services of each of his companies, to provide turn-key products and services to customers in the region.
Under Wes’s leadership, Blue Heron Construction LLC., Cape Resources Contracting Inc., and Gottado Contracting LLC have evolved and grown to employ over 200 people in a wide variety of specialized operations throughout the Northeast.
Wes holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Nichols College, is a member of the Water Environment Federation and National Federation of Independent Businesses, and was an inaugural member of the New York State Biosolids Roundtable in Albany, NY. Wes acts as general counsel to the GottaDo Operations Team on a routine basis, and continues to network within the industry generating new leads and hauling agreements on behalf of the company.
