GREG CAPPARELLI

MANAGER OF OPERATIONS (NEW YORK, PENNSYLVANIA, NEW JERSEY AND OHIO)

Greg began his career in waste management at a very young age, when his father, the superintendent of a wastewater treatment plant, exposed him to the many unique facets of the industry.

After a six year tour of active and reserve duty in the army, Greg began working for Waste Stream Environmental, acquiring and servicing leachate accounts throughout the northeast. Soon, he joined the ranks of WeCare Organics LLC., learning the ropes of sludge dewatering. And shortly thereafter, Greg donned a clean pair of boots, and went on the road selling N-Viro, a soil amendment made from Class A biosolids, to regional farmers, overseeing daily dispatches and spreading operations as well.

In 2009, Greg came to WeCare Transportation LLC, as Manager, overseeing day-to-day hauling operations, including company owned and/or managed regional Transfer Stations, Landfill Contracts, Customer Relations and Drivers.

With the dissolution of WeCare Transportation, came the birth of GottaDo Contracting, and Greg’s seamless transition to the position of Operations Manager for the company. Greg’s unique and comprehensive background in the waste management industry qualified him for a rare understanding of the challenges that managing a residuals hauling company in the northeast presents.

Greg attended RIT, Rochester, NY., focusing on Business Management and Environmental Management courses of study.
